Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
 

-           handle basic residential sales and purchases  
            (using online filing systems)

-           familiarity with First Nations land deals beneficial

-           maintain general file management, precedent and bf  
             systems

-           manage file correspondence

-           liason with clients

-           general accounting with respect to file management
            (open/close files, post disbursements, request &
            deposit cheques)

-           liason with Land Title Office and Corporate Registry

-           file and manage Annual Reports

-           maintenance of general corporate files and records

 

Qualifications:
 

-           minimum of 5 years related experience

-           energetic and able to work in a fast paced environment

-           must be a team oriented individual

-           possess strong oral and written skills

-           must possess advanced knowledge of MS Word

-           familiarity with land title e-filing

-           superior word processing, administrative and
             organizational skills are essential

-           must be able to work independently and demonstrate
             initiative
