- handle basic residential sales and purchases (using online filing systems)
- familiarity with First Nations land deals beneficial
- maintain general file management, precedent and bf systems
- manage file correspondence
- liason with clients
- general accounting with respect to file management (open/close files, post disbursements, request & deposit cheques)
- liason with Land Title Office and Corporate Registry
- file and manage Annual Reports
- maintenance of general corporate files and records |
