Applicants must have strong skills in a variety of software programs including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Candidates must understand various areas of practice within corporate and litigation, in addition to what formats and forms are appropriate for each. The Word Processor must have the physical mobility required to operate and move computers and equipment, and the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Candidates must be able to communicate clearly – both orally and in writing, and read and analyze technical and managerial documents and other data. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be willing to assist and will have a positive, “can-do” attitude; they must also be able to work in both an independent and team environment.
We are currently recruiting for 1 or 2 part-time Word Processing Operators for the evening shift(s), between Monday to Thursday. The evening shift would start at 6-7pm and end at midnight. Please note that this position(s) is a term position expected to last 12-14 months. |
