· Maintain supply rooms – ordering, unpacking, stocking supplies, and confirming units are delivered;
· Provide general maintenance and troubleshooting of copiers, faxes and printers;
· Photocopy, scan and bind documents as required and assigned by lawyers and support staff;
· Process incoming mails and deliveries;
· Maintain inventory of photocopier toner supplies;
· Close files, prepare coding and boxing for storage;
· Maintain physical files and database application of Wills/Securities vault;
· Relieve reception as required;
· Assist in the moving of office furniture, as required; and
· Performs other duties as required. |
